Good to Know

Will everything be cleaned?
Everything will be cleaned and sanitized prior to your booking. All bedding,  protective sheets and table cloths will be washed at 60 degrees using a non bio washing detergent inline with our covid policy and cleaning method statements. Everything is left for 72 hours prior to the next booking. Please contact us for more information. 

Will I need access to electric sockets?
No, everything we supply is battery operated CE/ UKCA certified to enhance the safety of everyone.

What time is drop off/ collection?
We will drop off/ set up if required the Teepee party at a mutually agreed time and collect the following day no later then 12pm. Luxe Picnic's hire times will be mutually agreed.

What is the recommended age?
Our standard Teepee's are suitable for 4-12 years of age. Our large Wigwam is 4 years to adult.

Our Luxe Picnics can suit all ages and can be adjusted to accommodate.

What materials are used?
All our cotton teepee's and wigwams are CE/UKCA certified and purchased from a UK manufacture. Everything else comes with labels confirming the materials. This can be provided in advance if required. Please contact us for further details.

What happens if something breaks?
We understand that accidents do happen and in the unlikely event that something does become damaged beyond repair, you will be liable for replacement costs.

Is it okay to hire your services if I have pets?

Please keep all pets away from all items hired; not only due to allergy reasons: but Pets can also cause damage to the items and they could harm themselves. 

Do you have insurance?
We have public liability insurance in place for peace of mind. Please let us know if you would like to see our certificate.
